Marketing Condominiums (8hrs)
What you need to know as selling agent, as listing agent, documents needed for closing, pitfalls and common selling mistakes.
New Home Construction (8hrs)
Step-by-step process from lot selection through the various stages of construction to final landscaping with a job description of parties involved. The instructor is an architect/builder. Understanding the difference in new home and resales, builders' needs and motivation, marketing strategies and tips on becoming a more successful new home sales agent.
Finance Today (8hrs)
Stay informed, acquire up-to-date information on all types of financing. Learn the latest changes and updates on FHA, VA, THDA, ARM's and conventional loans.
Transactions In Real Estate (8hrs)
Covers proper use of the various forms used in transactions, offers to purchase, sample clauses, leases, disclosure forms, commissions and agency agreements. Includes risk reduction and closing tips.
CORE Course (4hrs)
This course is a Tennessee Real Estate Commission mandatory course for all licenses required to complete 16 hrs. continuing education.
