PRO Real Estate School has new owners and has relocated to 5118 Park, Suite #131, Memphis, TN 38117, in the Park, Whitestation and Poplar corridor in the Eastgate Shopping Center.
We were formerly West TN/Professional School of Real Estate (was co-founded by Jim B. Greer and Diane Beaty in 1985) with the main purpose being to teach students in a truly professional manner, using up-to-date formulas, but with a sense of normalcy and realism. Your decision to enter real estate is perhaps one of the most important decisions you will make; therefore, we feel that the real estate school you select is vitally important.
The high quality real estate instruction will be continued by real estate brokers and industry professionals who have a proven record of success in this region of Memphis, TN. Our students come from Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee.
Under Mrs. Beaty's leadership, the school was recognized as one of the best real estate schools in the state of Tennessee and serves West Tennessee, North Mississippi, and Eastern Arkansas. Diane Beaty was the Tennessee Real Estate Commission's 2003 recipient of the William C. "Bill" Tune, Jr. Award for Excellence in Real Estate Education. Mrs. Diane Beaty retired as owner in July 2008 but will continue as a instructor.
Mrs. Beaty turned the school to her former students and new owners, Nedra and Futrell Redditt. The Redditts (both licensed in TN and MS) have over forty-one (41) years of combined real estate experience and are certified instructors.

Moriah, the Eastgate Shopping Center is one of the busiest locations in East Memphis with a daily traffic count of 25,944 vehicles. Within a five-mile radius with a population of 241,526 with an average family house-hold income of $70,207, we are located in the center of Memphis' richest retail area.
